How long
6 to 10 working days from the day you order. The product page shows the expected dates before you buy.

Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or the tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, message us at hello@trysolemate.com and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
