2. Using this site
By ordering from this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

3. Our products
We describe our shoes and socks as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may look slightly different in real life. Our shoes are everyday footwear. If you're unsure whether they're right for you, check with your doctor before buying.

4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Your order
When you order, we email you to confirm it. A contract between us is formed when we send that email. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Offers
Offers, such as free socks with a pair of shoes, run until the end date shown on the site. Free items can't be swapped for cash.

7. Returns, cancellations and faulty items
See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We use your information as set out in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you order.
